Massive Data Breach from Levi Strauss & Co.: More than 72,000 Customers Affected

Levi Strauss & Co., the famous American clothing brand, has announced a serious data breach affecting more than 72,000 customers. The violation, which occurred on June 13, 2024, was detected and reported on the same day. The breach occurred due to a security vulnerability exploited by cyber attackers, exposing personally identifiable information about customers, such as names.

According to reports from the Maine Attorney General's Office, the data breach affected a total of 72,231 people, including 75 residents of the state of Maine. Levi Strauss & Co. immediately notified customers affected by the breach electronically on June 21, 2024.
