According to the newly published decision of the Personal Data Protection Board, the long-awaited issue of data transfer abroad has been clarified a little more. In the decision, it is clearly stated by which criteria the countries that can transfer data abroad will be determined, but to what extent these criteria will be effective and the list of countries is not yet clear.
