Published by KVKK on 9 May 2024Draft Regulation on Procedures and Principles Regarding the Transfer of Personal Data Abroad was presented to the public as a draft regulation regulating the conditions for data transfer abroad. In this context, KVKK has published draft documents regarding contracts and binding company rules, which are included in the appropriate assurance methods in the draft regulation for the transfer of personal data abroad. 

KVKK, which publishes drafts of standard contracts to be used in transferring personal data abroad, draft binding company rules application form for data controllers and helpful guides on related issues, will accept comments and suggestions on the drafts until May 27, 2024.
