Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has been hacked. An estimated $110 million worth of cryptocurrencies are said to have been stolen, but it is also said to be larger in scope.
Official statements were made on BNB Chain social media accounts, saying, “Due to erratic activity, we are temporarily suspending Binance Smart Chain (BSC). In the second statement, the officials who announced the attack stated that there is no trust issue in favor of the security of the funds.

One of the first to announce the attack, a security company called PeckShield, which does analysis on Blockchain technologies, detected the movement of 2 million BNB in the first stage, and then larger amounts came to the agenda.
