Oden İnşaat Turizm ve Tic. AŞ (Çeşme Ilıca Hotel SPA & Wellness Resort), in summary, in the data breach notification submitted to the Personal Data Protection Board;

• The violation took place on 20.06.2023 and was detected on the same day,
• As a result of a phishing attack to the data controller via e-mail, the attackers gained access to the booking.com booking extranet screen,
• On the relevant screen, the name and surname, reservation date, phone number, e-mail address information of the customers of the data controller are displayed,
• The attackers sent e-mails to the customers of the data controller from the relevant screen and tried to obtain credit card information,
• The number of related persons affected by the violation is 155,
• Regarding the data breach of the persons concerned, the data controller's "Altınyunus Mahallesi 3447 Sk. No: 2 Ilıca Çeşme İzmir”, e-mail address [email protected] or 0232 723 31 31 telephone number.

Although the Board's investigation on the subject continues, with the Board's Decision dated 06.07.2023 and numbered 2023/1165, it was decided to announce the aforementioned data breach notification on the Institution's website.
