Johnson Controls Klima ve Servis Soğutma San. is the data controller. and Tic. Ltd. Ltd. In summary, in the data breach notification submitted to the Personal Data Protection Board by:
- The breach occurred as a result of the data controller being exposed to a ransomware attack on 24.09.2023,
- Some information technology assets that may contain personal data are also affected by this attack and cannot be used,
- The personal data categories affected by the breach are not known at this stage,
- The number and groups of individuals affected by the breach are not yet known

Havaist Taşımacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is the data controller. In summary, in the personal data breach notification submitted to the Personal Data Protection Board by;
- The data controller attacked the systems of the data processor from which service is received for text message sending and the violation occurred by gaining unauthorized access to the information of the relevant persons,
- Text messages were sent to relevant persons in order to carry out a phishing attack,
- The violation occurred on 26.09.2023 and was detected on 27.09.2023,
- Mobile phone data of 77,000 people were affected by the breach,
- The group of people affected by the breach is not yet known
